I will never return to that horse stable! I went across I-20 to Boomtown who were much nicer to me and I slept in a King bed that night. The lack of customer service pissed me off and I left even though I had paid for the room already. I can’t believe they were not willing to give me coupons for the buffet, some tokens to play in the casino, or anything!!! It didn’t help that the manager came out and was overly rude to me when I express my disappointment in this establishment for forcing me to take a cheaper room when I had already paid for the deluxe King room. I asked them if they were going to give me some kind of a discount for having to take a cheaper room and they told me “NO”. I asked why not upgrade me to a nicer room? They said although the do have nicer rooms they could not do that. This being a casino on a Monday night I knew they had nicer rooms. They offered to put me in a cheaper room even though I had paid for a deluxe room.
When I went to check in I was informed the deluxe KING bed room I had booked and PAID for was not available. I booked online using Hotels dot com about an hour before I arrived.
